My name is Meg.
I am a fitness and mindset coach who absolutely loves encouraging people to become the best version of themselves.
Several years ago, I was in a rough place mentally. I felt stuck and didn’t know where to go or even HOW to move in a different direction- any direction.
I joined a fitness program, and after 12 weeks of hard work, I started to see how much the inside is tied to the outside, how much physical strength comes from mental strength, and how good I was at getting in my in own way.
This experience propelled me forward to coaching. I wanted to help women like me. I wanted them to know it is possible - they can achieve their goals! And I’m here to help them get started, discover what’s getting in the way, and equip them with tools to keep moving forward!
